By following the Technologies developing in the world,our company started to use CAD and lots of helpful computer programmes in mould design.We also increased the computerized machinery which is supported by CAM in production phase.Our main target is to complete the processing chain as soon as possible and to produce high quality injection moulds.Our main principle is to manufacture moulds which works properly for many decades,with using high quality materials,with the highest engineering standarts with appropriate heat treatment.To develope the AKER standarts,we work with KOSGEB and TÜBİTAK in R&D,our main purpose in R&D is to increase cavity number but at the same time not to increase the cycle time.

After production we test our moulds in our test center with injections from 100 tons up to 400 tons, we test how it Works and dimensions for the last time.After these operations,customer’s moulds get ready for delivery.We advise our customers to visit our test center while their moulds are being tested.Also if requested AKER experts may visit customers company and provide the optimum conditions like the shortest cycle time,optimum processing parameters.
