Our company partners started working for a leading plastic pipe company in 1975.After working  12 years for that company,AKER was established in 1987 to manufacture plastic pipe fittings moulds by our partners.In 90’s with developing plastic pipe ındustry in Turkey,our company supported lots of companies with it’s moulds,we set up production lines and we gave consultancy service.Also during this period we increased our computerized machinery plant which is supported by CAD/CAM systems.In 1998 we started manufacturing plastic curtain rails in our additional facility.In 2004 this facility stopped production.The R&D activities were accelerated by 2004,we improved AKER Standards and we started working on collapsible core.

     For our company export is very important.We have been joining lots of exhibitions since 2001 in Germany and in Russia.We have exported moulds to lots of countries in Europe,Asia and Africa and our share of exports reached % 50-80.
