Turkey in it’s mould maker life approaching
25 years.Our
company manufactures wastewater pipe
fittings moulds
since it’s establishment.Our company works
together with
many pipe manufacturer in the industry,from
production
phase until packaging and helps them with
personel
training,service,maintenance and
consultancy.
By following the Technologies
developing in the
world,our company started to use CAD and lots of
helpful
computer programmes in mould design.We also
increased
the computerized machinery which is supported by
CAM in
production phase.Our main target is to complete
the
processing chain as soon as possible and to
produce high
quality injection moulds.Our main principle is
to
manufacture moulds which works properly for many
decades,with
using high quality materials,with the highest
engineering standarts with appropriate heat
treatment.To
develope the AKER standarts,we work with KOSGEB
and
TÜBİTAK in R&D,our main purpose in R&D
is to increase
cavity number but at the same time not to
increase the
cycle time.
